Folders and covers in Polysoft are made from environmentally friendly PP plastic foil (Polypropylene). PP foil is a relatively hard foil and has some superior characteristics. This makes the material so perfect for folders and covers and it can withstand being opened and closed numerous times. PP foil is also suitable for most types of printing and embossing.

The most common sizes of folders and covers fit content in A4 format, but if you need other than A4 size format, it’s no problem. We tailor your folders and covers exactly as you want them, just as book covers are made by specific measurements.
Folders and covers in Polysoft are typically made of foils with thicknesses of 0.5 or 0.8 mm. The thickness is perfect for the construction of folders which has to be folded and secured with slots/pins and fasteners. Is the folder slightly larger, it can be fitted with carrying handles in the same material. Is the desire rather an elastic closure, it is also possible.
Polysoft is also suitable as covers for menus. Here you will typically choose a slightly thicker foil for getting bit more rigid covers and install a rubber band in the back.
Polysoft is also suitable for sides to wire-o bound notebooks, calendars or pocket folders.

Foils in black and white are also normally in stock.
Is there a wish for a special color, a totally opaque foil or a very transparent (“crystal clear”) foil quality, it will have to be produced special for the product. This means a little longer production time compared to the standard foils, but the important thing is that it is possible!
The environmentally friendly Polypropylene is e.g. approved for storing food.
The concept of finishing covers the possibilities for adding the cover or folder an additional finish or a graphic effect, e.g. by adding silk screen print on the binder sides and back. One variation of this could be to do a partial UV varnish (matte or glossy) which can give very spectacular results.
A third option is offset UV printing in CMYK colors which gives brilliant results. A fourth option is blind embossing or embossing with foil colors.
It is also possible to weld on pockets, for example for business cards.
