The FLEX Ringbinders with print and logo have a core of millboard/recycled welded in soft PVC foils, suitable for printing and embossing. FLEX Ringbinders with print and logo is a strong binder which can be used in wet environments. Soft PVC is a very tough material; it can withstand really demanding environments which also requires good quality.
Ringbinders with print and logo are made to be used in wet and dirty environments, and it is also possible to get films that can withstand use in environments where the temperature is below freezing. Today all our PVC foils are free of phthalate plasticizers, and are thus environmentally much better than they were a few years ago. You can always put your individual touch on binders from Probeco while maintaining the high quality.
We produce ring binders in the exact size you need. The most common sizes fit content in A4 and A5. But if you need a small binder for content in A6 or A7 format we can make that as well.
If your wish for a bigger ring binder to fit content in A3 or even A2, this is also possible.
If you are to other sizes than the A format, it is no problem.
We tailor your binder exactly as you want them.
Many measure the width of the back of a ring binder to determine its size. That is one way to do it. Another way of doing this, is to measure how much the rings can contain.
VWe have, by and large, every mechanism size and type in stock, from the smallest with rings that can contain 7-8 mm to the largest, which can contain 80 mm.
And of course we have mechanisms with 2, 3 and 4 rings, so they can be used in Sweden or in the United States as well.
The usual mechanism types are round rings, D-rings and Q-rings as well as lever-arch (binder mechanism).
The soft PVC foils, which are characteristic for the Flex binders, are available in numerous colors and variations. From the completely smooth foil to a thick soft foil with a soft surface and on to films that resemble leather, snakeskin, wood, corrugated sheet metal, or … yes the possibilities are numerous.
The core of the Flex ring binder is millboard, in the right thickness and stiffness matching the ring binders size.
It is also possible to produce Flex binder in PP foil, but the range of foil qualities are severely limited in terms of the availability of foils in PVC.
The concept of finishing covers the options for adding the binder an additional finish or a graphic effect.
One option is to use silk screen printing or emboss foil colors directly onto the foil on the binders’ sides and back (the soft, foamed foils show great results with depth embossing with or without emboss foil).
Another possibility is to weld the printed insert onto the front, back and backside of the binder.
A third possibility is welding pockets on the front, back and backside for printed inserts – the so-called insert – ring binder.
