Folders and covers of the Classic series have a core of millboard/recycled cardboard, which are bound with a casing (outer side) and a mirror (the inside). Classic series are ideal when you want to play with your very own creative expression and graphic tools.

The most common sizes of folders and covers fit content in A4 format, but if you need other than A4 size format, it’s no problem. We tailor your folders and covers exactly as you want them, just as book covers are made by specific measurements.
The Classic cover is the most simple type of cover and consists of one piece of cardboard, which after binding with wrap and mirror is supplied with the number of bendings the cover should have.
Another type is the cover with “loose” back of two pieces of cardboard (eg. cover for menus) or three pieces of cardboard where the back is loose (eg. cover for hardcover books). This type of cover is often bound with canvas on the back (extra strength) and for example a printed lining on the sides of the cover.
A third type of of cover is bound with mirrors on both sides, after which the cover is punched into shape and supplied with a line for bending so that it can be folded into a flap folder or a bag.
Classic® folders and covers are bound / lined binders, in which the core is bookbinder card board in the correct thickness.
Often bound with a lined printed matter, in matte or blank protetive foil, but there are countless other options such as canvas of cotton or synthetic material, leatherette (or genuine leather) or specially developed paper qualities with high durability. The possibilities are endless.
The folders and covers are equipped with a closing mechanism and handle. It can be an elastic and a button, or a clasp on a schoolbag with mounting of different handles of various types and material.
Covers for menus has an elastic to secure menus, but the solution can also be more advanced.
The concept of finishing covers the options for adding the folder or cover an additional finish or a graphic effect.
For example lining of the printed matter with matte or glossy film, scratch-resistant film or film with different embossing. Another option is embossing (raised embossing or depth embossing) with or without colored foil. A third possibility is partial UV varnishing after lining. A fourth option is metal corners
